England's 88 was their joint second lowest-total ever in T20 internationals and it is their second worst total in World Twenty20.
* Netherlands have become the only Associate team to beat a Test team twice in T20 internationals. Their first win against England was in the only other T20I these teams have played, at Lord's in the 2009 World T20
* This was Netherlands' fourth win when batting first in 14 games. They have a better record batting second - 11 wins in 15 matches.
* The 45-run defeat was England's sixth worst in terms of runs. Their worst was against India in the last World T20, when they lost by 90.
* The England batsmen scored only three boundaries, the fewest they have hit in a T20I.
Netherlands scored 133-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Wesley Barresi 48 off 45-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - including 2-sixes & 2-fours.
Stephan Myburgh cracked a 39 off 31-balls including 6-fours & a six.
England best bowler by Stuart Broad picked up 3-wickets for 23-runs in 4-overs, Chris Jordan and Ravi Bopara both took one-wickets.
England scored 88 for all-out in 17.4 overs, Ravi Bopara 18, Chris Jordan 14 and Alex Hales 12.
Netherlands best bowler by Logan van Beek picked up 3-wickets for 9-runs in 2-overs, Mudassar Bukhari 3-12, Timm van der Gugten and Peter Borren both took one-wickets.
