Netherlands chased 148-5 in 19.2 overs with top scorer by Wesley Barresi 48 off 50-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - including 5-fours & a six.
Michael Rippon struck 40 off 38-balls including 3-fours and Roelof van der Merwe 35 not out.
Oman best bowler by Mohammad Nadeem, Bilal Khan both took two-wickets and one for Kaleemullah.
Roelof van der Merwe named Player of the match for his match-winning unbeaten rapid 35-runs knocked off facing 15-balls including 6-fours with strike rate of 233.33.
