UAE chased 153-4 in 20 overs with top scorer by Rohan Mustafa blasted a 56 off 34-balls including 7-fours & a six with strike-rate of 164.70.
Shaiman Anwar cracked a run-a-ball 51-runs including 2-sixes and a four, Ghulam Shabber 17.
Namibia best bowler by Jan Frylinck took one-wicket for 34-runs.
Mohammad Naveed named Player of the match for his brilliant bowling performance to picked up 3-wickets for 35-runs in 4-overs.
