An unbeaten record 171-run partnership between Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson leads to New Zealand record ten-wicket victory over Pakistan and level the series 1-1 in the historic game of the second T20I.

* The ten-wicket win is New Zealand's third and New Zealands biggest victory by terms of wickets remaining against Pakistan in T20 international and It is the second such defeat for Pakistan in T20Is.

* 171* : Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson set up the record partnership for first-wicket in T20 internationals, surpassing the previous record held by the 170-run stand between Loots Bosman and Graeme Smith against England at Centurion in 2009 and also the highest any-wicket stand in T20I cricket history.

* Umar Akmal hammered a 22-ball his second fastest fifty for Pakistan in T20 international and the fastest fifty by an Pakistan batsman against New Zealand in T20Is.

Pakistan scored 168-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Umar Akmal blasted a unbeaten 56 off 27-balls including 4-sixes & 4-fours with strike rate of 207.40.

Shoaib Malik struck 39 off 30-balls including 5-fours, Mohammad Hafeez 19 and Sohaib Maqsood 18.

New Zealand best bowler by Mitchell McClenaghan took 2-wickets, Corey Anderson, Mitchell Santner, Grant Elliott and Adam Milne each took one-wickets.

New Zealand chased 171-0 in 17.4 overs with top scorer by Martin Guptill 87 not out and Kane Williamson cracked a career-best unbeaten 72 off 48-balls including 11-fours with strike rate of 150.

Martin Guptill earned player of the match for his match-winning unbeaten rapid 87-runs knocked off facing 58-balls including 9-fours and 4-sixes with strike rate of 150.
