Grant Elliott's record-breaking four-for before Colin Munro's 14-ball fastest fifty and Martin Guptill's 19-ball fifty powers to New Zealand comfortable nine-wicket victory over Sri Lanka and clinch the two-match series 2-0 whitewash in the second T20I.

Sri Lanka scored 142-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Angelo Mathews cracked a unbeaten 81 off 49-balls including 7-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 165.30 and Tillakaratne Dilshan struck 28 off 26-balls included four-fours.

New Zealand best bowler by Grant Elliott claimed a career-best 4-wicket haul for 22-runs in 4-overs, Mitchell Santner and Adam Milne both took two-wickets.

New Zealand chased 147-1 in 10 overs with top scorer by Martin Guptill blasted a 63 off 25-balls including 6-fours & 5-sixes with strike rate of 252, Colin Munro 50 not out and Kane Williamson cracked a unbeaten 32 off 21-balls included 3-fours with strike-rate of 152.38.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Thisara Perera took one-wicket for 26-runs in 2-overs.

Colin Munro named Player of the match for match-winning unbeaten 50-runs knocked off just 14-balls including 7-sixes and a four with strike rate of 357.14.
