Andrew Symonds cracked a unbeaten 31 off 26-balls including 2-sixes & a four and Ambati Rayudu hit 27 off 29-balls included 4-fours.
CSK best bowler by Doug Bollinger took 2-wickets and one for Albie Morkel - Suraj Randiv.
CSK scored 156-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by S Badrinath hammered a unbeaten 71 off 48-balls including 7-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 147.91.
Michael Hussey cracked a 41 off 33-balls including 6-fours and Murali Vijay hit 12 off 9-balls contained one-six & a four.
MI best bowler by Harbhajan Singh 5-18, Lasith Malinga took 2-wickets and one for Kieron Pollard - Munaf Patel.
Harbhajan Singh named Player of the match for his excellent spin bowling attack to claimed a career-best 5-wicket haul for 18-runs in 4-overs.
