Kochi scored 178-7 in 20 overs with top scorer by Mahela Jayawardene blasted a 76 off 52-balls including 8-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 146.15.

Brendon McCullum cracked a 32 off 27-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours, Owais Shah hammered a 23 off 12-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 191.66 and Ravindra Jadeja scored 17 off 18-balls contained one-six & a four.
KXIP best bowler by Bipul Sharma captured 2-wickets, Piyush Chawla, Shalabh Srivastava and Ryan Harris each took one-wickets.
KXIP chased 181-4 in 18.5 overs with top scorer by Dinesh Karthik hammered a 69 off 33-balls, Shaun Marsh blasted a 42 off 30-balls including 5-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 140, David Hussey hit a unbeaten 21 off 15-balls included 2-fours & a six.
Paul Valthaty blasted a 17 off 10-balls including 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 170 and Mandeep Singh hit a unbeaten 15 off 10-balls contained a four with strike rate of 150.
Kochi best bowler by RP Singh claimed a career-best 4-wicket haul for the 25-runs in 4-overs.
Dinesh Karthik named Player of the match for his match-winning sparkling 69 off facing 33-balls including 7-fours & 5-sixes with strike rate of 209.09.
