Dwayne Smith blasted a 40 off 29-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 137.94 and MS Dhoni scored a unbeaten 31 off 37-balls contained 4-fours.
RR best bowler by Chris Morris, Ankit Sharma, James Faulkner and Pravin Tambe each took one-wickets.
RR chased 157-2 in 18.2 overs with top scorer by Ajinkya Rahane blasted a unbeaten 76 off 55-balls, Shane Watson hammered a 73 off 47-balls including 6-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 155.31 and Steven Smith scored 6 off 7-balls without a boundary.
CSK best bowler by Ravindra Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo both took one-wickets.
Ajinkya Rahane named Player of the match for his match-winning unbeaten brilliant 76 off facing 55-balls including 6-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 138.18.
