Half-centuries from Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, Deepak Chahar's all-round display, Three-wicket hauls from Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj helped to India domineering 96-run victory over West Indies, despite a late assault from Odean Smith and clinch the their historic first three-match series 3-0 whitewash against West Indies in a one-sided game of the third ODI.

  • This is the fifth time India have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international and registered their historic first series whitewash against West Indies in ODIs.

Rishabh Pant cracked a 56 off 54-balls including 6-fours & a six, Deepak Chahar scored a run-a-ball 38-runs including 4-fours & 2-sixes and Washington Sundar scored 33 off 34-balls including 2-fours & a six.

West Indies best bowler by Jason Holder claimed a 4-wickets for 34-runs in 8-overs including a maiden, Alzarri Joseph, Hayden Walsh both took 2-wickets and one for Odean Smith - Fabian Allen.

West Indies scored 169 for all-out in 37.1 overs with top scorer by Odean Smith blasted a 36 off 18-balls including 3-sixes & 3-fours with strike rate of 200.

Nicholas Pooran scored 34 off 39-balls including 2-fours & a six, Alzarri Joseph 29 and Darren Bravo 19.

India best bowler by Prasidh Krishna picked up 3-wickets for 27-runs in 8.1-overs, Mohammed Siraj takes 3-wickets for 29-runs in 9-overs included a maiden, Deepak Chahar and Kuldeep Yadav both took 2-wickets.

Shreyas Iyer named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a 80-runs knocked off facing 111-balls including 9-fours.

Prasidh Krishna earned player of the series for claiming 9-wickets in the 3-match ODI series.
