  • Andrew Hilditch became the second Australian batsman to score a fifty against Pakistan in One-day internationals after Ross Edwards.

Pakistan scored 286-7 in 60 overs with top scorer by Asif Iqbal hammered a 61 off 57-balls, Majid Khan hit 61 off 100-balls included 7-fours & a six.

Javed Miandad scored a run-a-ball 46-runs including 4-fours, Sadiq Mohammad 27, Wasim Raja 18, Zaheer Abbas 16, Haroon Rasheed 16 and Imran Khan 15 not out.

Australia best bowler by Gary Cosier picked up 3-wickets, Debutant Graeme Porter - who took one-wicket on his debut ODI match, Geoff Dymock, Alan Border and Alan Hurst each took 1-wickets.

Australia scored 197 for all-out in 57.1 overs with top scorer by Andrew Hilditch hit 72 off 129-balls including 4-fours.

Graham Yallop scored 37 off 64-balls including 2-fous, Kevin Wright 23 and Kim Hughes 15.

Pakistan best bowler by Sikander Bakht picked up 3-wickets for 34-runs in 11-overs including a maiden.

Majid Khan picked up 3-wickets, Imran Khan took 2-wickets and Mudassar Nazar.

Asif Iqbal named the Player of the match for his quick-fire 61-run knocked off facing 57-balls including 7-fours.
