Netherlands chased 139-3 in 19 overs with top scorer by Bas de Leede blasted a unbeaten 91 off 67-balls, Scott Edwards hit a unbeaten 26 off 25-balls including a boundary and Max O'Dowd 16.
USA best bowler by Cameron Stevenson, Saurabh Netravalkar and Nisarg Patel each took one-wickets.
Bas de Leede named Player of the match for his match-winning all-round performance to smashed a career-best unbeaten 91-runs knocked off facing 67-balls including 9-fours and 3-sixes with strike rate of 135.82.
