Steve Smith's masterclass century and Marnus Labuschagne's half-century and Bowlers guided Australia crushing 25-run victory over New Zealand and clinch the three-match series 3-0 whitewash in a captain Aaron Finch's ODI farewell in the third ODI.

Match Stats : Australia's 25-run win was their sixth smallest victory by terms of runs against New Zealand at their home venue in One-day internationals. This is the 12th time Australia have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international and their second against New Zealand in ODIs. This is the ninth time New Zealand have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in One-day internationals. Australia's 267 was their tenth highest score against New Zealand at their home venue in One-day international and the highest total at Cazaly's Stadium, Cairns in ODIs, previous highest was 233 by Australia against same opponent in this series' opening ODI. Steve Smith became the first player to scored a century at Cazaly's Stadium, Cairns in One-day international cricket history. Steve Smith's 105 was the highest-score by any batsman at Cazaly's Stadium, Cairns in One-day internationals, surpassing the previous record of unbeaten 92 held by Damien Martyn against Bangladesh in 2003. 118 : Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne set up the fifth highest third-wicket partnership for Australia against New Zealand in One-day internationals. New Zealand's 243 was their highest total at Cazaly's Stadium in ODIs, previously highest score was 232 in this series' first ODI. New Zealand's 242 was their highest total in an ODI without a single individual 50, previous such highest was 257 against South Africa at Napier in 1999.

Australia scored 267-5 in 50 overs with top scorer by Steve Smith 105 off 131-balls - which was his 12th ODI hundred & his second century against New Zealand in ODIs.

Marnus Labuschagne scored 52 off 78-balls including two boundaries, Alex Carey cracked a unbeaten 42 off 43-balls included 3-fours and Cameron Green hammered a unbeaten 25 off 12-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 208.33.

New Zealand best bowler by Trent Boult takes 2-wickets for 25-runs in 10-overs including four maidens, Mitchell Santner, Lockie Ferguson and Tim Southee each took one-wickets.

New Zealand scored 242 for all-out in 49.5 overs with top scorer by Glenn Maxwell struck 47 off 53-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours.

James Neesham scored 36 off 34-balls including 5-fours, Finn Allen hit 35 off 38-balls included 5-fours & a six.

Mitchell Santner struck 30 off 33-balls including 2-fours & a six, Kane Williamson hit 27 off 56-balls included a boundary and Devon Conway cracked a 21 off 26-balls included 5-fours and Daryl Mitchell 16.

Australia best bowler by Mitchell Starc picked up 3-wickets, Cameron Green, Sean Abbott both took 2-wickets and one for Josh Hazlewood - Adam Zampa.
