Australia's 221-run win was their largest victory by terms of runs against England in One-day international, previous biggest win by 162-runs at same venue in 1999 and It is their sixth biggest win in ODIs. England's 221-run defeat was their worst by margin of runs in ODIs, previous biggest defeat by 219-runs against Sri Lanka at Colombo (RPS) in 2018. Australia's 355 was their highest score against England in One-day international, previous highest was 342 at same venue in 2015, It is their ninth highest ODI total at their home venue and the highest-score by any team at MCG in ODI cricket history, previous highest was 344 by ICC World XI against Asia XI in 2005. Travis Head's 152 was his highest score for Australia in One-day international and the second highest-score by an Australian batsman against England in ODIs after Shane Watson's unbeaten 161. Travis Head's 152 was the fifth highest-score by an Australian batsman at MCG in ODIs. 269 : Travis Head and David Warner set up the record first-wicket partnership for Australia against England in One-day international, previously held by the 163-run stand between Aaron Finch and David Warner at same venue in 2015 and the Australia's second highest opening stand in ODIs.

Australia scored massive total of 355-5 in the alloted 48 overs with top scorer by Travis Head hammered a 152 off 130-balls - which was his 3rd ODI hundred & his first century against England in ODIs.

David Warner struck 106 off 102-balls - which was his 24th ODI hundred & his third century against England in ODIs - including 8-fours & 2-sixes.

Mitchell Marsh blasted a 30 off 16-balls including 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 187.50 and Steve Smith scored 21 off 16-balls included 2-fours.

England best bowler by Olly Stone claimed a career-best 4-wickets for 85-runs in 10-overs and Liam Dawson took one-wicket.

England scored 142 for all-out in 31.4 overs with top scorer by Jason Roy struck 33 off 48-balls including 6-fours.

James Vince scored 22 off 45-balls including a boundary, Liam Dawson 18 and Moeen Ali 18.

Australia best bowler by Adam Zampa claimed a 4-wickets for 31-runs in 5.4-overs including a maiden, Pat Cummins, Sean Abbott both took 2-wickets and one for Mitchell Marsh - Josh Hazlewood.

Travis Head named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to smashed a career-best 152-runs knocked off facing 130-balls including 16-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 116.92.

David Warner earned player of the series for contributing 208-runs in the three-match series.
