Johnson Charles, Shai Hope, Roston Chase, Jason Holder's fifties and Nicholas Pooran's quick-fire 43 sets up to West Indies registered their historic first ODI win against USA by 39-runs, despite a fighting maiden century from Gajanand Singh in a see-saw game of the second match of a Cricket World Cup Qualifier.

  • Takashinga Sports Club, Highfield, Harare became the 6th Zimbabwean venue to host a One-day international match and the 217th venue in the world to host a ODI match.
  • West Indies' 297 was their 15th highest score at neutral venue in One-day internationals.

  • Gajanand Singh became the first USA batsman to score a century against West Indies in ODI cricket history.

West Indies scored 297 for all-out in 49.3 overs with top scorer by Johnson Charles cracked a 66 off 80-balls including 7-fours & 2-sixes.

Jason Holder hammered a 56 off 40-balls, Roston Chase cracked a run-a-ball 55-runs included 4-fours & a six.

Shai Hope hit 54 off 60-balls including 6-fours & a six and Nicholas Pooran blasted a 43 off 28-balls included 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 153.57.

USA best bowler by Saurabh Netravalkar, Steven Taylor, Kyle Phillip each picked up 3-wickets and one for Nosthush Kenjige.

USA scored 258-7 in 50 overs with top scorer by Gajanand Singh cracked a career-best unbeaten 101 off 109-balls - which was his 1st ODI hundred - including 8-fours & 2-sixes.

Shayan Jahangir scored 39 off 49-balls including 3-fours & a six, Nosthush Kenjige cracked a unbeaten 34 off 32-balls included 2-fours & a six, Aaron Jones 23 and Steven Taylor 18.

West Indies best bowler by Kyle Mayers, Alzarri Joseph both took 2-wickets and one for Jason Holder - Roston Chase.

Jason Holder named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took 1-wicket for 36-runs in 8-overs after scoring a quick-fire 56 off 40-balls including 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 140.
