Asif Khan's record-breaking 151 and Aryansh Sharma's fifty before Sanchit Sharma took two-wickets in the last-over of the match as UAE thrilling 1-run victory over USA, despite a Monank Patel, Aaron Jones, Gajanand Singh's fifties in a high-scoring thriller of the ninth place play-off of a Cricket World Cup Qualifier.

Match Stats : UAE's 1-run win was their smallest victory by terms of runs in One-day internationals, previous narrowest win by 2-runs against Mulpani in this year. UAE's 308 was their joint third highest score in One-day international and It is their highest total against USA in ODIs, previous highest was 279 at Windhoek earlier this year. 107 : Aryansh Sharma and Asif Khan set up the record first-wicket partnership for UAE against USA in One-day international, previously held by the 27-run stand between Chirag Soni and Vriitya Aravind at Sharjah in 2019 and the UAE's fifth highest opening stand in ODIs. Asif Khan became the first UAE batsman to scored two centuries against USA in ODIs. Asif Khan's unbeaten 151 was the highest score by an UAE batsman in One-day international cricket history, surpassing the previous record of unbeaten 132 held by Khurram Khan against Afghanistan at ICCA Dubai in 2014.

UAE scored 308-4 in 50 overs with top scorer by Asif Khan hammered a career-best unbeaten 151 off 145-balls - which was his 3rd ODI hundred & his second century against USA in ODIs.

Aryansh Sharma scored 57 off 72-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes, Basil Hameed hit 44 off 43-balls included 2-fours & a six, Rohan Mustafa 17 and Vriitya Aravind 15.

USA best bowler by Ali Khan took 2-wickets and one for Saurabh Netravalkar - Nosthush Kenjige.

USA scored 307-9 in 50 overs with top scorer by Aaron Jones struck 75 off 103-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes.

Gajanand Singh hammered a 69 off 44-balls including 8-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 156.81, Monank Patel hit 61 off 66-balls included 3-fours & a six.

Shayan Jahangir blasted a 32 off 19-balls including 6-fours and Saiteja Mukkamalla hit 21 off 17-balls included 3-fours.

UAE best bowler by Sanchit Sharma picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 6-overs, Ali Naseer, Junaid Siddique both took 2-wickets and one for Aayan Afzal Khan - Muhammad Jawadullah.

Asif Khan named Player of the match for his record-breaking batting performance to smashed a career-best unbeaten 151-runs knocked off facing 145-balls including 12-fours & 6-sixes.
