Sri Lanka scored 124-6 in the alloted 23 overs - match reduced 45 to 23 overs per a side - due to A wet pitch and light rain - with top scorer by Debutant Keerthi Ranasinghe - who hit 41 off 49-balls on his debut ODI match - including 3-fours, Aravinda de Silva 21, Ashantha de Mel 16 and Roshan Mahanama 15.

Pakistan best bowler by Abdul Qadir picked up 3-wickets for 23-runs in 5-overs, Imran Khan, Zakir Khan and Tauseef Ahmed each took one-wickets.

Pakistan chased 125-2 in 21.3 overs with top scorer by Mohsin Khan cracked a 59 off 56-balls, Mudassar Nazar scored 41 off 50-balls without a boundary and Javed Miandad 18 not out.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Rumesh Ratnayake and Debutant Keerthi Ranasinghe both took one-wickets.

Mohsin Khan named Player of the match for his match-winning fluent 59-runs knocked off facing 56-balls including 7-fours & a six.
