West Indies scored 220 for all-out in 48 overs with top scorer by Desmond Haynes hit 78 off 116-balls including 5-fours.

Gordon Greenidge struck 52 off 65-balls including 4-fours & a six, Carl Hooper 20 and Malcolm Marshall 17.

Australia best bowler by Merv Hughes, Peter Taylor both picked up 3-wickets, Allan Border and Craig McDermott both took 2-wickets.

Australia scored 219-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by David Boon struck 71 off 120-balls including 6-fours.

Steve Waugh scored 40 off 57-balls including 2-fours, Ian Healy hit a unbeaten 23 off 20-balls included a boundary, Mark Waugh 18 and Peter Taylor 16.

West Indies best bowler by Courtney Walsh, Winston Benjamin both took 2-wickets and one for Malcolm Marshall - Curtly Ambrose.

Desmond Haynes named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a 78 off 116-balls including 5-fours.
