Saeed Anwar struck 37 off 32-balls including 6-fours, Javed Miandad scored 37 off 74-balls without a boundary.

Ijaz Ahmed hit 32 off 27-balls including 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 118.51 and Imran Khan 18.

India best bowler by Ravi Shastri, Manoj Prabhakar both took 2-wickets and one for Anil Kumble - Sanjeev Sharma.

India scored 209 for all-out in 46.3 overs with top scorer by Mohammad Azharuddin hit a unbeaten 78 off 95-balls including 2-sixes & 2-fours.

Kris Srikkanth cracked a 35 off 51-balls including a boundary, Manoj Prabhakar hit 27 off 54-balls included 2-fours and Sachin Tendulkar scored 20 off 25-balls with a boundary.

Pakistan best bowler by Waqar Younis 4-42, Sajjad Akbar took 2-wickets and one for Imran Khan - Wasim Akram.

Waqar Younis named Player of the match for his pace bowling attack to claimed a 4-wickets for 42-runs in 10-overs.
