Hong Kong scored 155 for all-out in 19.4 overs with top scorer by Yasim Murtaza hammered a 48 off 26-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century.
Zeeshan Ali blasted a 40 off 32-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 125, Nizakat Khan scored a run-a-ball 13-runs included 2-fours and Babar Hayat hit 12 off 9-balls included 2-fours.
Japan best bowler by Sabaorish Ravichandran claimed a career-best 5-wicket haul for 22-runs in 4-overs, Declan Suzuki picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 4-overs and Reo Sakurano-Thomas took 2-wickets.
Japan scored 128 for all-out in 18.5 overs with top scorer by Ibrahim Takahashi cracked a 25 off 23-balls including 2-sixes.
Kendel Kadowaki-Fleming hit 22 off 14-balls including 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 157.14, Kazuma Kato-Stafford hit 21 off 13-balls included 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 161.53 and Sabaorish Ravichandran scored a run-a-ball 15-runs contained one-six & a four.
Yasim Murtaza named Player of the match for his quick-fire batting performance to smashed a 48 off 26-balls including 5-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 184.61.
