Anil Shah and Bhim Sharki's unbeaten maiden ODI centuries leads to Nepal emphatic nine-wicket victory over Canada and registered their historic first 3-0 series whitewash in a one-sided historic game of the third & final ODI.

This is the first time Nepal have whitewashed their oppositions in a bilateral three-match series in One-day international, This is the first time Canada have suffered a clean sweep in a bilateral three-match series in ODIs. This is the first instance of Nepal's two batsmen were scores of centuries or more runs in their innings in One-day internationals. Nepal's 9-wicket win was their joint second largest victory by terms of wickets remaining in One-day international, it is their second time win by nine wickets and second time Nepal had defeated Canada by nine or more wickets in ODIs. 189 : Anil Shah and Bhim Sharki set up the record second-wicket partnership for Nepal in One-day international, previously held by the 139-run stand between Aasif Sheikh and Gyanendra Malla against Namibia at same venue in the last year and the Nepal's highest any-wicket stand in ODIs, previously held by the 171-run stand for the first-wicket between Kushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh against Zimbabwe at Harare in the previous year.

Canada scored 232-8 in 50 overs with top scorer by Navneet Dhaliwal struck 50 off 82-balls including 5-fours.

Nikhil Dutta cracked a 45 off 62-balls including 2-fours & a six, Saad Bin Zafar hammered a unbeaten 31 off 15-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 206.66.

Harsh Thaker hit 29 off 57-balls including 2-fours & a six, Shreyas Movva scored 25 off 29-balls included a boundary and Srimantha Wijeyeratne scored 22 off 18-balls contained two-fours.

Nepal best bowler by Hemant Dhami picked up 3-wickets for 49-runs in 8-overs, Kushal Malla took 2-wickets and one for Lalit Rajbanshi - Aakash Chand.

Nepal chased 227-1 in 44 overs with top scorer by Anil Shah hit a career-best unbeaten 112 off 124-balls - which was his 1st ODI hundred - including 12-fours & 2-sixes.

Bhim Sharki cracked a career-best unbeaten 101 off 129-balls - which was his 1st ODI hundred - including 11-fours & a six.

Canada best bowler by Dillon Heyliger took 1-wicket for 31-runs in 6-overs.

Anil Shah named Player of the match for his match-winning career-best unbeaten 112-runs knocked off facing 124-balls including 12-fours and 2-sixes.
