Ravija Sandaruwan's scintillating 33-ball 61 and Meet Bhavsar's superb unbeaten 35 powers to Kuwait registered their historic first T20I win against Cambodia in a one-sided game of the fifth match of a ACC Premier Cup.
Cambodia scored 141-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Ram Sharan hit a run-a-ball 30-runs including 3-fours & a six.
Luqman Butt struck 24 off 18-balls including 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 133.33, Etienne Beukes blasted a 23 off 12-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 191.66.
Sharwan Godara hit a unbeaten 22 off 16-balls including 2-fours & a six and Vimukthi Viraj scored 22 off 30-balls included 4-fours.
Kuwait best bowler by Shahrukh Quddus, Ilyas Ahmed, Nimish Lathief and Parvindar Kumar each took one-wickets.
Kuwait chased 144-2 in 11.2 overs with top scorer by Ravija Sandaruwan hammered a 61 off 33-balls, Meet Bhavsar blasted a unbeaten 35 off 22-balls included 5-fours with strike rate of 159.09 and Clinto Anto hammered a 22 off 9-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike-rate of 244.44.
Cambodia best bowler by Luqman Butt and Salvin Stanly both took one-wickets.
Ravija Sandaruwan named Player of the match for his match-winning scintillating batting performance to smashed a 61 off 33-balls including 7-sixes and 3-fours with strike rate of 184.84.
