Saad Bin Zafar hit a unbeaten 20 off 13-balls including 2-fours and Pargat Singh scored a run-a-ball 16-runs contained three-fours.
USA best bowler by Shadley van Schalkwyk took 2-wickets and one for Nisarg Patel - Saurabh Netravalkar.
USA chased 169-6 in 19.4 overs with top scorer by Nitish Kumar hammered a 64 off 38-balls, Corey Anderson cracked a 55 off 48-balls included 6-fours & 2-sixes.
Harmeet Singh hit a unbeaten 14 off 8-balls including a six with strike rate of 175 and Nisarg Patel scored a unbeaten 13 off 8-balls included 2-fours with strike-rate of 162.50.
Canada best bowler by Harsh Thaker, Saad Bin Zafar both took 2-wickets and one for Rishiv Joshi - Uday Bhagwan.
Nitish Kumar named Player of the match for his match-winning sparkling 64 off 38-balls including 4-sixes and 4-fours with strike rate of 168.42.
