Beau Webster, Alex Carey, Josh Hazlewood, Steve Smith and Mitchell Starc stars as Australia comfortable 133-run victory over West Indies and took an unassailable 2-0 lead to seal the series in a low-scoring game of the second Test match.


* Alex Carey and Beau Webster's fiftes, while Alzarri Joseph captured 4 for 61 as Australia were bowled out for 286 before bad light prevented the West Indies innings from starting in the opening day of the second Test match.

* Jayden Seales' late strikes, Brandon King's maiden fifty put Australia under pressure in the day two of the second Test match.

* Steve Smith and Cameron Green's fifties give Australia control in a rain-hit day three of the second Test match.

* Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood's pace bowling attack as West Indies bundled out to Australia retain Frank Worrell Trophy in the day four of the second Test match.


Australia 1st Innings scored 286 for all-out in 66.5 overs at Stumps - with top scorer by Alex Carey blasted a 63 off 81-balls including 10-fours & a six with strike rate of 77.77.

Beau Webster cracked a 60 off 115-balls including 6-fours & a six, Travis Head hit 29 off 43-balls included three boundaries, Cameron Green struck 26 off 37-balls including 4-fours with strike rate of 70.27, 

Sam Konstas cracked a 25 off 37-balls contained four-fours with strike rate of 70.27, Pat Cummins blasted a 17 off 20-bLls included 3-fours with strike rate of 85 and Usman Khawaja scored 16 off 29-balls including 2-fours.

1st Innings West Indies best bowler by Alzarri Joseph claimed a 4-wickets for 61-runs in 15.5-overs including three maidens, Jayden Seales captured two-wickets, Justin Greaves, Anderson Phillip and Shamar Joseph each took one-wickets.

West Indies 1st Innings scored 253 for all-out in 73.2 overs with top scorer by Brandon King hammered a 75 off 108-balls including 8-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 69.44.

John Campbell blasted a 40 off 52-balls including 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 76.92, Shamar Joseph hit 29 off 41-balls included 2-sixes with strike rate of 70.73.

Alzarri Joseph cracked a 27 off 49-balls including 2-sixes & a four, Shai Hope scored 21 off 51-balls contained two boundaries and Roston Chase hit 16 off 39-balls included one-six & a four.

1st Innings Australia best bowler by Nathan Lyon picked up 3-wickets, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins both captured 2-wickets, Travis Head, Beau Webster and Mitchell Starc each took one-wickets.

Australia 2nd Innings scored 243 for all-out in 71.3-overs with top scorer by Steve Smith struck 71 off 119-balls including 7-fours & a six.

Cameron Green cracked a 52 off 123-balls including five boundaries, Travis Head hit 39 off 60-balls included 4-fours and Alex Carey blasted a 30 off 35-balls included four-fours with strike rate of 85.71.

2nd Innings West Indies best bowler by Shamar Joseph claimed a 4-wickets for 66-runs in 16-overs including a maiden, Justin Greaves, Jayden Seales and Alzarri Joseph each took 2-wickets.

West Indies 2nd Innings scored 143 for all-out in 34.3 overs with top scorer by Roston Chase blasted a 34 off 41-balls including 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 82.92.

Shamar Joseph hammered a 24 off 23-balls including 3-sixes with strike rate of 103.34 and Shai Hope hit 17 off 25-balls included 3-fours.

2nd Innings Australia best bowler by Mitchell Starc picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 8-overs including two maidens, Nathan Lyon captured three-wickets for 42-runs in 5.3-overs, Josh Hazlewood took 2-wickets and one for Beau Webster - Pat Cummins.

Alex Carey named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to contributed 93 runs in a match.
