Karan KC blasted a 49 off 31-balls - who fell one-run short of his half-century - including 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 158.06, Kushal Bhurtel struck 47 off 65-balls included 2-sixes & two-fours.
Bhim Sharki struck 43 off 48-balls including 4-fours and Rohit Paudel scored 36 off 46-balls included two-fours.
USA best bowler by Harmeet Singh picked up 3-wickets for 33-runs in 10-overs with economy rate of 3.30, Nosthush Kenjige, Saurabh Netravalkar both took 2-wickets and one for Shubham Ranjane - Jasdeep Singh.
USA chased 273-6 in 49 overs with top scorer by Saiteja Mukkamalla cracked a 75 off 101-balls including 2-fours & a six.
Milind Kumar hammered a 70 off 66-balls, Shayan Jahangir cracked a 36 off 42-balls included 5-fours & a six, Monank Patel scored 21 off 28-balls contained 2-fours.
Shubham Ranjane blasted a 19 off 12-balls including one-six & a four, Smit Patel scored 16 off 27-balls included a six and Sanjay Krishnamurthi hit a unbeaten 15 off 13-balls contained one-six.
Nepal best bowler by Sandeep Lamichhane picked up 3-wickets, Gulsan Jha, Karan KC and Nandan Yadav each took one-wickets.
Milind Kumar named Player of the match for his match-winning superb 70 off 66-balls including 7-fours & a six.
