Michael Neser, Travis Head, Steve Smith and Beau Webster guided Australia convincing five-wicket victory over England, despite Joe Root - Jacob Bethell's centuries and Australia clinch the five-match series with 4-1 in the fifth & final Ashes Test match.

England 1st Innings scored 384 for all-out in 97.3 overs with top scorer by Joe Root cracked a 160 off 242-balls - which was his 41st Test hundred and his sixth century against Australia in Tests - including 15-fours.

Harry Brook hammered a 84 off 97-balls including 6-fours & a six with strike rate of 86.59, Jamie Smith struck 46 off 76-balls included 6-fours & a six.

Ben Duckett blasted a 27 off 24-balls including 5-fours with strike rate of 112.50, Will Jacks scored 27 off 62-balls included 2-fours & a six and Zak Crawley hit 16 off 29-balls contained 3-fours.

1st Innings Australia best bowler by Michael Neser claimed a 4-wickets for 60-runs in 18.3-overs including two maidens with economy rate of 3.24, Scott Boland, Mitchell Starc both took 2-wickets and one for Marnus Labuschagne - 
Cameron Green.

Australia 1st Innings scored 567 for all-out in 133.5 overs with top scorer by Travis Head hammered a 163 off 166-balls - which was his 12th Test hundred and his fifth century against England in Tests.

Steve Smith struck 138 off 220-balls - which was his 37th Test hundred and his 13th century against Australia in Tests - including 16-fours & a six, Beau Webster blasted a unbeaten 71 off 87-balls including 7-fours with strike rate of 81.60.

Marnus Labuschagne blasted a 48 off 68-balls - who fell two-run short of his half-century - included 7-fours with strike rate of 70.58, Cameron Green cracked a 37 off 64-balls included 3-fours & a six.

Michael Neser scored 24 off 90-balls including 4-fours, Jake Weatherald hit 21 off 36-balls included 4-fours, Usman Khawaja 17 and Alex Carey 16.

2nd Innings England best bowler by Josh Tongue, Brydon Carse both picked up 3-wickets, Ben Stokes took 2-wickets and one for Will Jacks - Jacob Bethell.

England 2nd Innings scored 342 for all-out in 88.2 overs with top scorer by Jacob Bethell hit a career-best 154 off 265-balls - which was his 1st Test hundred - including 15-fours.

Harry Brook blasted a 42 off 48-balls including 5-fours with strike rate of 87.50, Ben Duckett struck 42 off 55-balls included 6-fours with strike-rate of 76.36.

Jamie Smith struck 26 off 41-balls including 3-fours, Matthew Potts hit a unbeaten 18 off 43-balls included three boundaries and Brydon Carse hit 16 off 20-balls contained three-fours.

2nd Innings Australia best bowler by Beau Webster, Mitchell Starc both picked up 3-wickets, Scott Boland took 2-wickets and one for Michael Neser.

Travis Head named Player of the match for his whirlwind batting performance to smashed a 163 off 166-balls including 24-fours & a six with strike rate of 98.19.

Mitchell Starc earned player of the series for claiming 31 wickets with average of 19.93 in the five-match series.
