Anderson Cummins cracked a 34 off 49-balls including a boundary, Phil Simmons hit 24 off 52-balls included 3-fours and Shivnarine Chanderpaul scored 22 off 39-balls contained 2-fours.

India best bowler by Javagal Srinath picked up 3-wickets for 34-runs in 10-overs including two maidens with economy rate of 3.40, Venkatesh Prasad captured three-wickets for 36-runs in 10-overs included a maiden with economy rate of 3.60, Manoj Prabhakar and Anil Kumble both took one-wickets.

India scored 135-4 in 33.1 overs when the match was abandoned due rain - with top scorer by Navjot Sidhu hit a unbeaten 65 off 102-balls.

Mohammad Azharuddin struck 34 off 37-balls including 3-fours and Vinod Kambli cracked a 17 off 38-balls contained three-fours.

West Indies best bowler by Cameron Cuffy captured two-wickets and one for Courtney Walsh - Anderson Cummins.

Navjot Sidhu named Player of the match for his match-winning superb unbeaten 65 off facing 102-balls including 4-fours & 2-sixes.
