Ajay Jadeja cracked a 22 off 32-balls including two boundaries and Sourav Ganguly hit 17 off 23-balls contained 3-fours.
Sri Lanka best bowler by Sajeewa de Silva, Sanath Jayasuriya both took 2-wickets and one for Muttiah Muralitharan.
Aravinda de Silva named Player of the match for his masterclass 104-runs knocked off facing 117-balls including 7-fours.
Sanath Jayasuriya earned player of the series for all-round performance to claimed five wickets and contributed 210 runs with average of 52.50 in the three-match series.
