New Zealand scored 319-7 in 50-overs with top scorer by Ross Taylor 90 off 105-balls - who fell ten-run short of his century - including 4-fours & a six.

Colin Munro blasted a 87 off 77-balls including 12-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 112.99, James Neesham hammered a 64 off 37-balls included 5-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 172.97.

Henry Nicholls scored 32 off 38-balls including 3-fours and Tim Seifert 22.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Lasith Malinga took 2-wickets and one for Nuwan Pradeep.

Sri Lanka scored 298 for all-out in 46.2-overs with top scorer by Thisara Perera 140 - who scored his maiden ODI hundred.

Danushka Gunathilaka scored 71 off 73-balls including 9-fours, Kusal Mendis 20 and Lasith Malinga 17.

New Zealand best bowler by Ish Sodhi picked up three wickets, James Neesham, Matt Henry both took 2-wickets and one for Trent Boult - Tim Southee.

Thisara Perera named Player of the match for his power-hitting batting performance to smashed a career-best 140-runs off facing 74-balls including 13-sixes and 8-fours with strike rate of 189.18.
