Jos Buttler's blasting century and Chris Woakes' all-round display helped to England stunning 16-run victory over Australia and took an unbeatable 3-0 lead to seal the series in a tight-game of the third ODI.

  • 113* : Jos Buttler and Chris Woakes set up the record seventh-wicket partnership for England against Australia in One-day international, previously held by the 107-run stand between Luke Wright and Tim Bresnan at Centurion in 2009 and England's fourth highest seventh-wicket stand in ODIs.
  • England's 302 was their seventh highest score against Australia in One-day internationals.

England scored 302-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Jos Buttler 100 - which was his 5th ODI hundred, his first century against Australia in ODIs and his century comes from last of the England's innings.

Chris Woakes hammered a 53 off 36-balls including 5-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 147.22, Eoin Morgan scored 41 off 50-balls included 2-fours & a six.

Jonny Bairstow cracked 39 off 57-balls including two boundaries, Joe Root scored 27 off 31-balls included a boundary and Jason Roy hit 19 off 24-balls with 4-fours.

Australia best bowler by Josh Hazlewood took 2-wickets, Mitchell Marsh, Marcus Stoinis, Adam Zampa and Pat Cummins each took one-wickets.

Australia scored 286-6 in 50 overs with top scorer by Aaron Finch struck 62 off 53-balls including 3-sixes &  3-fours with strike rate of 116.98.

Marcus Stoinis hammered a 56 off 43-balls including 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 130.23, Mitchell Marsh scored 55 off 66-balls included 4-fours.

Steven Smith hit 45 off 61-balls including a boundary, Tim Paine scored a unbeaten 31 off 35-balls included a four and Cameron White 17.

England best bowler by Mark Wood, Adil Rashid and Chris Woakes each took two-wickets.

Jos Buttler named player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored a blasting 100-runs knocked off 83-balls including 6 fours and 4-sixes with strike rate of 120.48.
