Imran Tahir's debut four-for, Dale Steyn and Johan Botha combined 5-wickets before AB de Villiers' unbeaten century helped to South Africa convincing seven-wicket victory over West Indies in the seventh match of a World Cup.

* AB de Villiers smashed his second consecutive hundred against West Indies in World Cups after his 146 in the 2007 World Cup.

* In 39 matches since the beginning of 2009, AB de Villiers has scored 1947 runs at an average of 62.80 and strike rate of 97.88 with seven centuries and 11 fifties.

* 119 : Graeme Smith and AB de Villiers set up the third highest third-wicket partnership for South Africa against West Indies in One-day international and South Africa's second highest third-wicket stand in World Cups.

* Imran Tahir's 4 for 41 was the fourth best bowling figures by an South African bowler on debut match in One-day international and the third best bowling figures by a bowler making his ODI debut in World Cups.

West Indies scored 222 for all-out in 47.3 overs with top scorer by Darren Bravo struck 73 off 82-balls including 8-fours & a six.

Dwayne Bravo hit 40 off 37-balls including 3-sixes & a four, Devon Smith scored 36 off 57-balls included 3-fours.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul cracked a 31 off 51-balls including one-six & a four and Devon Thomas 15.

South Africa best bowler by Debutant Imran Tahir - who took 4-wickets for 41-runs in 10-overs on his debut ODI match, Dale Steyn picked up 3-wickets for 24-runs in 7.3-overs including a maiden and Johan Botha took 2-wickets.

South Africa chased 223-3 in 42.5 overs with top scorer by AB de Villiers 107 not out - which was his 10th ODI hundred, his third century against West Indies in ODIs and his second ODI century in World Cups.

Graeme Smith struck 45 off 78-balls including 2-fours and JP Duminy scored a unbeaten 42 off 53-balls including a boundary.

West Indies best bowler by Kieron Pollard, Kemar Roach and Suleiman Benn each took one-wickets.

AB de Villiers named Player of the match for his match-winning magnificent unbeaten 107-runs knocked off facing 105-balls including 8-fours and 2-sixes.
