Australia scored mammoth total of 350-4 in 50 overs with top scorer by Shaun Marsh scored a run-a-ball 112-runs - which was his 1st ODI hundred - including 8-fours and 2-sixes.

Shane Watson 93 off 89-balls - who fell seven-run short of his century including 9-fours and 3-sixes with strike rate of 104.49, Cameron White hammered a 57 off 33-balls included 5-sixes & 2-fours with strike-rate of 172.72.

Ricky Ponting cracked a run-a-ball 45-runs including 3-fours & a six and Michael Hussey blasted a unbeaten 31 off 22-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 140.90.

India best bowler by Praveen Kumar took two-wickets and one for Harbhajan Singh - Ashish Nehra.

India scored 347 for all-out in 49.4 overs with top scorer by Sachin Tendulkar 175 - which was his 45th ODI hundred, his fifth century against Australia in ODIs and his 17th ODI hundred in a run-chase.

Suresh Raina cracked a run-a-ball 59-runs including 3-sixes & 3-fours, Virender Sehwag struck 38 off 30-balls included 5-fours & a six with strike rate of 126.66 and Ravindra Jadeja 23.

Australia best bowler by Shane Watson picked up 3-wickets for 47-runs in 8.4-overs, debutant Clint McKay - who took 3-wickets on his debut ODI match, Ben Hilfenhaus and Doug Bollinger both took one-wickets.

Sachin Tendulkar named Player of the match for his fighting scintillating 175-runs knocked off facing 141-balls including 19-fours and 4-sixes with striking rate of 124.11.
