  • Mumbai Indians' 202 was their joint fifth highest score in Indian Premier League and It is their joint highest-score against Chennai Super Kings in IPL, jointly with their 202 at Chennai in the inaugural 208 IPL edition.
  • Mumbai Indians' 202 was the second highest score in a IPL final after Chennai Super Kings' 205 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Chennai in the 2011 IPL final.

MI scored massive total of 202-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Lendl Simmons blasted a 68 off 45-balls including 8-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 151.11.

Rohit Sharma hammered a 50 off 26-balls including 6-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 192.30, Kieron Pollard blasted a 36 off 18-balls included 3-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 200 and Ambati Rayudu hit a unbeaten 36 off 24-balls contained 3-sixes with strike rate of 150

CSK best bowler by Dwayne Bravo took 2-wickets and one for Dwayne Smith - Mohit Sharma.

CSK scored 161-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Dwayne Smith cracked a 57 off 48-balls including 9-fours & a six.

Suresh Raina blasted a 28 off 19-balls including 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 147.36, Mohit Sharma hammered a 21 off 7-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 300 and MS Dhoni hit 18 off 13-balls contained one-six & a four.

MI best bowler by Mitchell McClenaghan picked up 3-wickets for 25-runs in 4-overs, Lasith Malinga, Harbhajan Singh both took 2-wickets 

Rohit Sharma named Player of the match for his rapid 50-rubs knocked off facing 26-balls including 6-fours and 2-sixes with strike rate of 192.31.

Andre Russell earned player of the tournament for his all-round performance to contributed 326-runs including three half-centuries with strike rate of 192.89 and took 14-wickets.
