2024 East Asia Cup was the third edition of Men's T20 international. This was the first edition in which all of the matches had Twenty20 International (T20I) status. Japan won the previous edition in 2018. South Korea did not participate in this edition of the tournament.
Three national teams took part: Hong Kong, China and Japan.
Hong Kong won the East Asia Cup tournament, they beating Japan in the final by a comfortable 35-runs.
