Arshdeep Singh conceded just two runs and took 2-wickets as India won the Super Over after Harshit Rana holds nerve as match-tied against Sri Lanka, despite a record-breaking century by Pathum Nissanka and India remain unbeaten in a high-scoring thriller Super Four game of a T20 Asia Cup.

* The confusion surrounding Dasun Shanaka's non-dismissal after the review may be resolved by the umpires' decision being correct. According to Law 20.1.1.3, the ball is considered dead from the instant of the incident causing the dismissal. Since the umpire initially gave Shanaka out caught behind, the ball was deemed dead from the moment the umpire believed Shanaka had edged it. Consequently, the run-out that occurred afterward became irrelevant.



India scored massive total of 202-5 in 20 overs with top scorer by Abhishek Sharma blasted a 61 off 31-balls including 8-fours & 2-sixes with strike rate of 196.77.

Tilak Varma hit a unbeaten 49 off 34-balls including 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 144.11, Sanju Samson hammered a 39 off 23-balls included 3-sixes & a four with strike rate of 169.56 and Axar Patel hit a unbeaten 21 off 15-balls contained one-six & a four with strike rate of 140.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Charith Asalanka, Dasun Shanaka, Maheesh Theekshana, Wanindu Hasaranga and Dushmantha Chameera each took one-wickets.

Sri Lanka scored 202-5 in the allotted 20 overs with top scorer by Pathum Nissanka hammered a career-best 107 off facing 58-balls - which was his 1st T20I hundred.

Kusal Perera blasted a 58 off 32-balls including 8-fours & a six with strike rate of 181.25 and Dasun Shanaka hammered a unbeaten 22 off 11-balls included 2-fours & a six with strike rate of 200.

India best bowler by Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, Varun Chakravarthy, Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana each took one-wickets.

Pathum Nissanka named Player of the match for his sensational fighting batting performance to smashed a record-breaking career-best 107-runs knocked off facing 58-balls including 7-fours & 6-sixes with strike rate of 184.48.
