Captain Rohit Paudel and Bowlers guided Nepal beat West Indies by a 19-runs for their historic first-ever win against a Full Member across format and take a 1-0 lead in the first T20I.

Nepal scored 148-8 in 20 overs with top scorer by Rohit Paudel cracked a 38 off 35-balls, Kushal Malla blasted a 30 off 21-balls included 2-sixes & 2-fours with strike rate of 142.85.

Gulsan Jha hit 22 off 16-balls including 2-sixes and Dipendra Singh Airee scored 17 off 19-balls included a boundary.

West Indies best bowler by Jason Holder claimed a 4-wickets for 20-runs in 4-overs, Debutant Navin Bidaisee - who picked up 3-wickets on his debut T20I match and Akeal Hosein took one-wicket.

West Indies scored 129-9 in 20 overs with top scorer by Debutant Navin Bidaisee - who hit 22 off 25-balls on his debut T20I match - including one-six & a four.

Fabian Allen struck 19 off 14-balls including 3-fours, Akeal Hosein hammered a 18 off 9-balls included 2-sixes & a four with strike rate of 200.

Debutant Amir Jangoo - who scored 19 off 22-balls on his debut T20I match - including 2-fours, Keacy Carty cracked a 16 off 15-balls contained one-six & a four and Debutant Ackeem Auguste - who hit 15 off 7-balls on his T20I debut game - contained 2-sixes with strike rate of 214.28.

Nepal best bowler by Kushal Bhurtel captured 2-wickets, Nandan Yadav, Lalit Rajbanshi, Karan KC, Dipendra Singh Airee and Rohit Paudel each took one-wickets.

Rohit Paudel named Player of the match for his all-round performance to took one-wicket for 20-runs in 3-overs after scoring a valuable 38 off facing 35-balls including 3-fours & a six.
