Shai Hope hammered a 66-ball fifth fastest century for West Indies in One-day international and the fastest century by an West Indies batsman against New Zealand in ODI cricket history, surpassing the previous record of 79-ball hundred held by Dwayne Bravo at Hamilton in 2014. 142 Innings : Shai Hope became the second fastest West Indies player to reach 6000 ODI runs in terms of innings, after legendary Vivian Richards, He took 141 innings to reach this feat.

West Indies scored 247-9 in the allotted 34 overs - match reduced from 50 to 34-overs per a side due to rain - with top scorer by Shai Hope hammered a unbeaten 109 off 69-balls - which was his 19th ODI hundred and his first century against New Zealand in ODIs - including 13-fours & 4-sixes with strike rate of 157.97.

Romario Shepherd blasted a 22 off 14-balls including 3-sixes with strike rate of 157.14, Justin Greaves scored 22 off 27-balls included a six.

Ackeem Auguste hit 22 off 31-balls including 3-fours, Matthew Forde hammered a 21 off 11-balls included 3-fours & a six with strike rate of 190.90.

New Zealand best bowler by Nathan Smith claimed a 4-wickets for 42-runs in 7-overs, Kyle Jamieson picked up 3-wickets for 44-runs in 7-overs including two maidens, Mitchell Santner and Blair Tickner both took one-wickets.

New Zealand chase down the target of 248 for 5 in 33.3 overs with top scorer by Devon Conway cracked a 90 off 84-balls - who fell ten-run short of his century - including 13-fours & a six with strike rate of 107.14.

Rachin Ravindra hammered a 56 off 46-balls including 5-sixes & 4-fours with strike rate of 121.73, Tom Latham hit a unbeaten 39 off 29-balls included 4-fours & a six with strike rate of 134.48 and Mitchell Santner hammered a unbeaten 34 off 15-balls contained 3-fours & 2-sixes with strike-rate of 226.66.

West Indies best bowler by Justin Greaves, Matthew Forde, Jayden Seales, Roston Chase and Shamar Springer each took one-wickets.
