 Sanath Jayasuriya struck 27 off 32-balls including 5-fours, Hashan Tillakaratne hit 26 off 59-balls included 2-fours.

Roshan Mahanama cracked a 23 off 46-balls including a boundary and Arjuna Ranatunga scored 17 off 36-balls without a four.

West Indies best bowler by Roger Harper picked up 3-wickets for 31-runs in 10-overs including a maiden with economy rate of 3.10.

Kenny Benjamin captured two-wickets, Phil Simmons, Carl Hooper, Winston Benjamin and Courtney Walsh each took one-wickets.

West Indies chase down the target of 183 for 2 in 38.4 overs with top scorer by Phil Simmons cracked a unbeaten 90 off 109-balls, Carl Hooper hit a unbeaten 47 off 65-balls including one-six & a four and Brian Lara struck 42 off 63-balls included 5-fours & a six.

Sri Lanka best bowler by Ruwan Kalpage and Pramodya Wickramasinghe both took one-wickets.

Phil Simmons named Player of the match for his match-winning superb unbeaten 90 off facing 109-balls including 9-fours.
