South Africa best bowler by Craig Matthews picked up 3-wickets for 49-runs in 10-overs including a maiden, Hansie Cronje took 2-wickets and one for Fanie de Villiers.
South Africa bowled out for 203 in 47 overs with top scorer by Gary Kirsten cracked a 63 off 92-balls including 5-fours.
Hansie Cronje struck 34 off 44-balls including a six, Dave Callaghan scored 23 off 37-balls without a boundary and Craig Matthews blasted a 16 off 11-balls contained 2-sixes with strike rate of 145.45.
New Zealand best bowler by Justin Vaughan picked up 3-wickets for 37-runs in 10-overs, Gavin Larsen captured three-wickets for 39-runs in 10-overs, Danny Morrison took 2-wickets and one for Shane Thomson - Chris Pringle.
Mark Greatbatch named Player of the match for his brilliant batting performance to scored 76 off 85-balls including 7-fours & 2-sixes.
