UAE best bowler by Sohail Butt captured 2-wickets, Sultan Zarawani, Johanne Samarasekera and Saleem Raza each took one-wickets.
UAE scored 202-9 in the allotted 50 overs with top scorer by Mazhar Hussain cracked a 70 off 112-balls including 5-fours.
Vijay Mehra struck 43 off 83-balls including 5-fours, Mohammad Ishaq scored 23 off 29-balls included 2-fours and Riaz Poonawala blasted a 22 off 14-balls contained 5-fours with strike rate of 157.14.
India best bowler by Debutant Bhupinder Singh - who picked up 3-wickets for 34-runs in 10-overs on his debut ODI match - including a maiden.
Javagal Srinath captured three-wickets for 49-runs in 10-overs including a maiden with economy rate of 4.90, Anil Kumble took 2-wickets and one for Venkatapathy Raju.
Vinod Kambli named Player of the match for his whirlwind sparkling batting performance to smashed a career-best 82 off facing 66-balls including 4-fours & 3-sixes with strike rate of 124.24.
